This Friday/Saturday mini convention will feature a lot of open gaming as well, along with some other neat things to make it feel special. Open gaming is encouraged, but if you really want to get a game to the table, use this site to schedule your games so others can join. When setting up a board game event, be sure to claim a spot for yourself after you create it!! You can use the first board game and RPG events on the schedule as a guide! Games can be scheduled using 3-hour blocks as follows. If you think something will take longer than 3 hours, make a note of it at the top of your event's description. This will help us make sure there are enough tables for everyone at any given time. For board games, use the location "Roy Smith Shelter House." For RPGs, use the location "Old Jailhouse." These time slots are NOT meant to be firmly abided by. The goal is to keep most people on the same rhythm of starting and ending sessions so folks can get the most out of their day, but starting a game early or ending a little late shouldn't be a major issue.
