2027 Kent Game Fest

***ACCESS TO THIS GROUP IS PERMITTED ONLY AFTER REGISTRATION VIA BOARD & BEVY*** This is a group for scheduling games for the (tentatively scheduled) 2027 Kent Game Fest on February 5th and 6th in 2027. This Friday/Saturday mini convention will feature a lot of open gaming as well, along with some other neat things to make it feel special. We'll update the bio with more information as we get the details solidified! Open gaming is encouraged, but if you really want to get a game to the table use this site to schedule your games so others can join. When setting up an board game event, be sure to claim a spot for yourself after you create it!! Check the sample event below! Games can be scheduled using 3-hr blocks as follows. If you think something will take longer than 3 hours, make a note of it at the top of your event's description. This will help us make sure there are enough tables for everyone at any given time. These time slots are NOT meant to be firmly abided by. The goal is to keep most people on the same rhythm of starting and ending sessions so folks can get the most out of their day.
