TableRally is in beta -- you may run into bugs. Thanks for helping us test!

Copyright / DMCA Policy

TableRally hosts content that stores and organizers post themselves -- event and store descriptions, and uploaded store logos -- alongside game data and cover art licensed from BoardGameGeek and clearly attributed as such wherever it appears. This policy explains how to report a claim that something posted to TableRally infringes your copyright, and how we respond.

1. Filing a notice

If you believe content on TableRally infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a notice through our contact page that includes:

A notice missing these details may take longer for us to act on, or we may need to follow up with you before we can process it.

2. What happens next

We review each notice and, where it's well-founded, remove or disable access to the reported material. If the content belongs to a store or organizer account, we'll let them know what was removed and why. This uses the same internal review process already in place for other store-content changes, extended to copyright claims specifically.

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice through our contact page that includes:

Depending on the circumstances, we may restore the material after a counter-notice, or we may leave it removed pending resolution between the parties involved.

4. Repeat infringement

An account responsible for repeated, well-founded infringement claims may be suspended or terminated, consistent with the enforcement terms already described in our Terms of Service.

5. Licensed third-party content

Game names, cover art, and descriptions sourced from BoardGameGeek are used under BoardGameGeek's own terms and are attributed on every page where they appear. A claim about this specific category of content should generally be directed to BoardGameGeek directly, though we're glad to help route it correctly if you contact us first.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

7. Contact

Send a copyright notice or counter-notice, or ask a question about this policy, through our contact page.
